1. Clean the anchovies by removing only the head and wash them under running water .
2. Chop the parsley and pass the peeled tomatoes in a blender .
3. Sauté the onion , add the garlic and sprinkle with white wine . Then add the chopped parsley and tomatoes .
4. Once cooked the sauce , add the anchovies and cook for 5 minutes .
