Boil cleaned, washed cauliflower in salted water, drain, and take apart into florets. Put the pieces in baking pan covered by oil and bread crumbs. Beat eggs in the milk, add flour, grated cheese, seasoning mix, and chopped parsley. Pour the mixture over cauliflower, sprinkle with melted butter and bake until pink. Side dish: boiled potatoes, salad.
