Wash fish, season with salt and fish seasoning mix. Select the Steam cooking program and bake in a combi steamer for 10 minutes, then use the Baking program and bake for more 10 minutes, both at 160 °C. In the meantime, melt camembert, stir in cream and add boiled and chopped broccoli, season with herb salt. Add more cream to thicken the mixture if needed, pour over the fish and bake at 170 °C for 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and Chinese cabbage salad.
